Welcome to the Childbirth Education section of my blog!
In 1998 I created my very first blog devoted to childbirth education. Over the years I developed other interests and “Leslynotes.com” became a separate entity. So I wanted to combine that part of my life here on my personal website with current information in the style in which I prepare expectant couples for childbirth.
In this section you’ll find articles, philosophical discussions, skills to manage “pain” during labor. Hopefully you’ll gain a different perspective and become more aware of how incredible and strong you are as a woman and your abilities to birth a baby.
