This book is amazing. It has the ability to change your life if you allow it and do the exercises in the book.
Personally, I understand the research on neuroplasticity and how this book explains it so well. It’s a fact that if you change the way you think, from negative to positive, you actually change the structure of the frontal brain.
I’ll say this though – it’s not easy because the familiar is strong and we often go back to behaviors and thought that are comfortable.
